Henry G. Varela was born and raised in northern New Mexico and has always maintained a passion for working with and helping others.
Henry has over 20 years of experience in numerous professional areas including marketing, public and government relations, graphic design, and management. Henry has worked with businesses, organizations, and government agencies of all sizes and throughout his career he has cultivated a distinguished reputation for his steadfast commitment to ensuring the success of his clients.​
A graduate of Pecos High School in Pecos New Mexico, Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University where he served as Vice President and Secretary of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Henry has been married for 19 years and he and his wife have three girls.

Estevan J. Lujan is a professional with many years of experience in public relations, political organization, and stakeholder engagement with both public and private entities, including the State of New Mexico, and the United States Department of Energy.
Throughout his career, Estevan has effectively managed and executed communication strategies for various initiatives, ensuring clear and concise messaging that resonates with key stakeholders, the media and the public.
With many years of experience in federal, state and local government, Estevan possesses a deep understanding of the public and political relations landscape to deliver impactful communications strategies and tools that resonate with diverse audiences.
Born and raised in New Mexico, Estevan is a graduate of New Mexico State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Estevan lives with his wife Germaine on a small farm in Chamita, New Mexico.
